Following the designated process, application form
for using the facilities should be submitted before
90 days for galleries, ceramic studio, and traditional
kiln and 10 days for Conference Hall, Tea Ceremony
Performing Hall and Amphitheater |

- Fees for galleries, ceramic studio, and traditional
kiln should be paid 10 days prior to the use and
3 days before other facilities.
- Fees cannot be refunded but in case of cancel
or suspension of the order of WOCEF. |

The following cases will get a favor of free admission
on basic and subsidiary facilities for exhibition,
performance and events.
- Events organized by Gyeonggi Province
- Events hosted or organized by cities or counties
of the events sites
- Events hosted or organized by foreign diplomatic
missions in Korea and traditional art and
-
performances groups from overseas and supported
by Gyeonggi Province for non-profit
-
purpose.
The following cases will get a favor of 50% didcount
on basic and subsidiary facilities for exhibition,
performance and events.
- Events organized by culture and arts group supported
by the Province for non-profit purpose
- Events organized by culture and art groups established
by Province or upper level for non-
-
profit purpose. |

People who wish discounts for using facilities should
submit the Application Form for Discounted Fees
as well as Application Form for Using Facilities.

| |
- People who plan to use facilities of their own
can equip them under the approval of WOCEF in advance.
All expenses that occur for using the temporarily
equipped facilities should be covered by the users.
- Temporarily equipped facilities should be removed
in time of usage and original condition should be
restored. |

- Ceramic works of WOCEF will be loaned without
charge to domestic and international art galleries,
museums or international events related to ceramics.
- Approval of ceramic works loan refers a matter
to the Exhibition Advisory Committee.
- Loaners of ceramic works should insure and deliver
the works through the designated courrier by WOCEF
respectively. |
