Welcome to the homepage of the World Ceramic Exposition Foundation(WOCEF).
Following to the World Ceramic Exposition 2001
with a great success, World Ceramic Exposition
Foundation (WOCEF) was established to boost and
develop national ceramic culture and industry.
WOCEF, located at Seolbong Park, Gwangjo-dong,
Icheon-si, currently operates permanent exhibition
at Icheon World Ceramic Center, Gwangju Joseon
Royal Kiln and Yeoju World Ceramic Livingware
Gallery, displaying every genre of ceramics from
contemporary ceramics to traditional ceramics
and from artistic ceramics to livingware ceramics.

In
addition, WOCEF holds World Ceramic Biennale on a regular
basis, showing the trend of World Ceramic and providing
a basis to develop into the promising ceramic industry.
Moreover, multifarious programs such as symposium, seminars
and workshop also play a vital role to develop and expand
the world-class Korean Ceramics into the world.
WOCEF is very proud of being the centers of the international
ceramic community. Following to the thousands year of
Goryeo Inlaid Celadon and Joseon White Porcelain, we will
maintain and develop the ceramic culture and industry
by operating permanent exhibition and holding regular
CEBIKO. It is my hope that you will gain a better understanding
of Korean and World Ceramic through WOCEF. I extend my
great thanks for your interest in our exhibitions.
